ROBERTS MART DEVELOPMENT

One of our most significant commercial contracts to date is the Roberts Mart development in Leeds for City Lofts. Commissioned by Longcross Group Ltd to carry out the entire Mechanical and Electrical design, from containment systems in basement car parks to intricate bathroom lighting and complex solar gain assessments, it serves as a showcase for our engineering ability.

The project consists of 198 luxury riverside apartments and prime office accommodation with a mixture of new build and refurbishment of a 19th century, grade 2 listed, mill building. The project was made up of 4 blocks, each block having a fire fighting lift controlled through an emergency system, all entirely designed in-house.
